This photo is quite creepy and actually occur. Named The Everlasting Storm, events of this nature occur in Venezuela. In the Catatumbo river, which is very unique cloud rotates and creates lightning as shown above.
Not without reason this lightning called The Everlasting Storm. Because the lightning is kept out of up to 160 days a year, 10 hours per day and 280 times per hour.
